Chemical Booster Pump maintenance
1. Preparation work before maintenance
Before performing maintenance on the chemical booster pump, you first need to disconnect the power supply and ensure that the booster pump has stopped operating. At the same time, you need to prepare necessary tools and maintenance supplies.
2. Cleaning
The cleaning of the booster pump mainly includes two aspects: cleaning the pump body and cleaning the filter.
1. Clean the pump body
Remove debris and accumulated water from the pump body to avoid damage to the pump body.
2. Clean the filter
The filter is the guarantee to prevent debris from entering the pump body and ensure normal operation, so it needs to be cleaned regularly. You can use special cleaning fluid or clean water.
3. Lubrication
The parts that need lubrication in the booster pump are mainly bearings and gears. Before lubrication, make sure the lubricant has been filled up and add it according to the manufacturer's requirements.
