Installation Steps
1. Acceptance of deep well submersible pump: When the user picks up the goods at the logistics company, he should carefully check whether the cable sheath is damaged. Whether the pump is broken.
2. Loading and unloading: The loading and unloading truck should be careful so as not to damage the concentricity of the unit or break the cable insulation.
3. Inspection steps before the whole unit goes downhole: A. Disassemble the filter screen, use the pry bar to toggle the coupling should rotate flexibly, B put the electric pump vertically and fill it with clean water, connect the cable joint, soak the joint in a basin, and shake the resistance of the joint to the ground (the insulation resistance of the single finger joint to the water) is not less than 500 trillion ohms. C. Put the pump vertically and add laundry detergent water to the outlet of the pump with a suitable container, and at the same time slightly click the motor start button to carefully observe the steering of the pump, the time shall not exceed 2 seconds, and make a continuous mark.
4. The steps of on-site assembly during the split transportation of the water pump: A. Before installation, the motor will be vertically placed, open the air hole and the water injection hole, pay attention to the two water plugs must be opened, fill with clean water to tighten the water injection plug and the water discharge plug, observe whether the motor has water leakage, if there is water leakage, you must not go down the well, the reason may be that the transportation process is bumped, you should contact the agent or manufacturer in time to negotiate and solve, until there is no leakage (observe 10~15 minutes). Then the insulation resistance of the motor is measured to a value of not less than 50 megaohms. B. Wrap the cable joint, try the steering of the motor after wrapping, whether the direction of the motor is consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the water pump, and make a continuous mark.
5. Inspection of the water pump when the pump is separated
A. Disassemble the upper shell of the pump to expose the top impeller, B. Rotate the impeller by hand to see if it is flexibleC. Pull the impeller along the direction of the pump shaft to observe the total channeling of the impeller (generally QJ pump 4-6 mm) D. Install the coupling and the motor into one, so that the motor shaft head and the shaft head of the pump are aligned, and no gaps are allowed. E. Look at the gap between the upper and lower channeling of the impeller, which should be in the middle of the total channeling (allowable deviation± 0.5 mm). F. When the deviation is greater than 0.5 mm, adjust the adjustment gasket to the middle position, and rotate the impeller by hand, which should be flexible. G. Then drill the jack wire hole of the coupling, tighten the jack wire and install the upper shell. H. Toggle the coupling with the pry bar again for a week, and it should rotate flexibly for the assembly to be qualified. Then install the strainer and trunk box.
6. Deep well submersible pump going down: Before going down, use a rope to hang a log or steel pipe (diameter equal to the maximum outer diameter of the unit) of the same length of the unit to test whether the well pipe is upright. So as not to get stuck in the unit when going down the well.
7. Cable binding: The cable should be tied to the water pipe with an insulating cable tie, not a metal wire.
8. Control and start of the unit: selection of control equipment. Motor power× 1.2-1.4 times = control cabinet power. The control cabinet should have protection measures such as phase loss, overload, overcurrent and short circuit. After the installation of the well starts the test machine, the starting time is between 10-25 seconds according to the difference in the power of the motor, and the starting time of the high-power motor should be relatively long, check whether the current is overloaded, whether the three-phase current is balanced, and make a record. And feedback to the manufacturer as the basis for warranty.
9. Overload, overcurrent, phase loss, short circuit, sensitivity debugging: this step is very important, please debug carefully by the installer.
A. Overload and overcurrent debugging: Slowly rotate the current adjustment knob of the thermal relay to the direction smaller than the actual working current, with a little scale each time, with an interval of about 2-5 minutes, until the thermal relay action unit stops working. Then rotate the scale in the opposite direction a little.
B. Phase loss sensitivity debugging: start the unit again, and disconnect the fuse tube of the knife switch of the unit one by one, so that the unit is in a two-phase electrical working state. Observe if the thermal relay can cut off the control power supply within 5 seconds.
C. Short circuit test: This step is usually protected by the air switch of the power supply system. Generally, no field test is done (more dangerous), and the power supply system must be equipped with an air switch (DW10 type is preferred for air switch model, DZ type is secondary).
