Routine maintenance of submersible pumps. Check the power cord every day for damage, and absolutely prohibit the launching of submersible pumps with leakage. Check the pump body every day for damage to ensure that the motor does not leak when working. After the operation, the debris attached to the pump should be cleaned up in time and the pump should be rinsed. In order to ensure the normal operation of the submersible electric pump, the following requirements must be followed. Before using the submersible pump, the insulation resistance of the motor must be checked with a megohmmeter, and its value should not be less than 50MΩ.
The water immersion motor should open the irrigation plug, fill it with clean water, and then tighten the plug, and do not unscrew the irrigation plug and enter the well directly. Check the cable for cracks or breaks before use. If there is damage, it should be replaced in time to prevent leakage. The submersible electric pump should be injected with clean water before entering the water, and then idling for 1-2 minutes, and starting twice, to check whether the starting and idling are normal, and whether the steering meets the requirements. If the steering is reversed, swap any two phases of wiring. Check whether there are cracks in the water pipe and whether the connection is firm. When the submersible electric pump is lowered and lifted, it is never allowed to hard-pull the cable, so as to avoid damage to the cable or disconnection of the joint, resulting in undue accidents. Iron wire or pallet should be used to go down the well and lift.
The power supply voltage should be controlled within the range of ±5% of the rated voltage, so that the motor can work normally. If the voltage is too low or too high, the motor should not continue to be used, so as to avoid damage to the motor when working under overvoltage or undervoltage for a long time. When the submersible pump is submerged in the water, it should be hoisted vertically, not obliquely. The depth of entry into the water should be 5 meters below the moving water level. The submersible electric pump shall not convey water or mud with a high sand content. The actual head of the submersible pump should be used within 0.8-1.1 times the rated head to improve the efficiency of the unit, save energy, and avoid motor overload.
The wiring of the submersible pump motor must be solid, so as to avoid the motor being burned out of phase and running. The cable must be checked frequently for cracks, abrasions, etc., and replaced or repaired in time. If the oil leakage occurs in the oil-immersed motor, it should be repaired to the manufacturer or maintenance point in time to replace the sealing components. The sand in the motor cavity should be cleaned frequently, and the clean water in the motor cavity should be replaced. After half a year of operation, the submersible pump should be repaired and inspected and the damaged parts should be replaced. After the submersible electric pump is used, the water immersion motor should be cleaned of the motor, the electric pump should be cleaned, oiled and rust-proof, and stored vertically in a dry place.
