Differential pressure and the principle of fluid dynamics

The working principle of the booster pump is mainly based on the principle of pressure difference and hydrodynamics. They use different mechanisms to increase the pressure of a fluid and are suitable for a variety of applications, including domestic, industrial, and specialty gas pressurization. Here are a few common booster pump operating principles:12

The hydro booster pump uses a low-pressure gas drive at the piston end over a large area to produce a high-pressure fluid at the piston end over a small area. With a two-position, five-way pneumatic directional valve, the booster pump is able to operate continuously. A high-pressure plunger controlled by a check valve continuously discharges the liquid, and the outlet pressure is related to the air actuation pressure. When the pressure between the drive section and the output liquid section reaches equilibrium, the booster pump stops running. When the output pressure drops or the air-driven pressure increases, the booster pump will automatically start running until the pressure equilibrium is reached again.

Pneumatic booster pumps, such as gas-liquid booster pumps and gas booster pumps, utilize the low air pressure of a large-area piston to produce high hydraulic pressure for a small-area piston. This pump has a high output pressure, a wide range of use, high reliability and a long maintenance-free life. The pneumatic booster pump is suitable for a variety of gaseous and liquid media, including water, hydraulic oil, etc., and is safe to operate, gas-driven, without arcing and sparks, and can be used in hazardous locations.

Automatic booster pumps, such as water flow type, differential pressure type, liquid level type and frequency conversion type, can automatically start and stop or adjust the speed according to the specific water situation. For example, the water flow booster pump senses whether the user needs water through the switch of the water flow, and the switch starts to touch the booster pump when the water is used; Differential pressure type uses the differential pressure controller to control the on/off of the water pump; The liquid level type uses the liquid level to control the start of the water pump; The inverter type mainly controls the start and stop of the pump through the inverter.

The booster pump of the internal blades or gears of the rotating machinery attracts the liquid into the pump body by rotating to form a negative pressure area, and then outputs the liquid by compression and pushing, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the liquid pressure. This type of machinery has a wide range of applications in industrial production and can be used to convey a variety of different liquids, including water, oil, chemicals, etc.
