Working principle of booster pump
First, fill the booster pump with liquid, then start the centrifugal pump, the impeller rotates rapidly, the impeller blades drive the liquid to rotate, the liquid relies on inertia to flow to the outer edge of the impeller, and the impeller sucks liquid from the suction chamber at the same time. In this process, the liquid in the impeller flows around the blades. During the flow, the liquid acts a lift on the blades. In turn, the blades act on the liquid with a force equal to the lift and in the opposite direction. This force does work on the liquid, so that the liquid gains energy and flows out of the impeller. At this time, the kinetic energy and pressure energy of the liquid increase.
